Our Payment options and Processes
There are three possible payment options you can choose from. Depending on the chosen payment option, you can enjoy up to 5% discount irrespective of the type of plot chosen. These options are listed and described below.
2.5% Discount
Payment in two (2) Installments
Total payment for the chosen plot is made twice within a space of 90 days.The first instalment/payment is expected to be at least 50% of total cost of chosen plot.
5% Discount
One Off Payment
Total payment for the chosen plot is made only once without any outstanding balance payment.
0% Discount
Payment in two (3) Installments
Total payment for the chosen plot is made three times within a space of 8 months. The first instalment/payment is expected to be at least 50% of total cost of chosen plot price while the 2nd instalment (25% of total plot price) is made within the first 4 months . The 3rd instalment (another 25% of plot price) is made within the last 4 months of the 8-month window.
